Ok, just so you know, I don't have an issue. I am speaking on behalf of pangtongshu.
"So I honestly don't know if THIS will be able to post or not, but I'm having a serious issue. Spare for Facebook or Twitter, I literally cannot make posts on the sites I go on that allow such a thing (AG, Imgur, Youtube, etc.). I can type out the message, but upon submitting it I receive the loading wheel of the respective place, which either continues to spin with no result (AG and Youtube) or goes away without posting my comment (Imgur). It isn't a virus, as far as I know, for I cleaned my computer out twice. Can anyone help??"
No clue, this is a crappy computer that I'm using as replacement until I can get mine fixed. So it has issues galore.
As for taking it somewhere, like I just said I have my own computer I'm trying to get fixed (this computer I'm using was both my mom and I's for a while..then I got my computer and she got a smart phone so neither of us used this one) and I'd rather not drop x amount of money to fix this one..

Aha, Pang, I see.
You had Mino report above the box is clean, but as you may well know, some viruses or spy-/malware may be notoriously hard to get rid of. You got your bona fide virus as well as spyware scanners fully updated, looked at all their settings, and ran full scans with them, and followed up on any results?
Aside from such stuff, who knows what all may be wrong or misconfigured with that box. Ran error tests (ScanDisk or similar) on all of its drives?
Personally, I'd advise to not touch that box with a ten-foot pole, and savor the short interval offline, it'll be over before you know it. It really is a wonderful world out there
Then pps and re: spending money on it, what I was hinting at is where I live, there'd be free or otherwise cheap places to look into it.
But there may well not be where you live. Anyways, just what you're willing or capable to do, indeed. If of a temporary nature and the main focus being on your regular machine, I'd try and shrug my shoulders for a bit, indeed. Save yourself tons of frustration.
You got your bona fide virus as well as spyware scanners fully updated ... ?
Just for the sake of completeness again and perhaps for other readers: The plural scanners here refers to 1) a virus scanner, and 2) a spyware (adware, malware) scanner. Some come combined in one package.
To run or even have installed on your machine notably multiple virus scanners is counter-advised, as they may interfere with one another, possibly leaving you more vulnerable as a result, not any less so.
If that machine is of no worth or emotional value to anyone anyway (and of course provided there's no data of worth to anyone on there that hasn't been duly copied to another box[es]), why not format it and install it afresh with whatever basics you need for the time being. (E.g. Windows users, note you'll need the install disk to re-install it. May I suggest giving -- the free -- Linux Mint a go instead, the Cinnamon Interface. Needs to be burned to DVD to install, btw. Should run most anything and counting, although notably game disks may be incompatible to anything but Windows.)
Note however one regularly runs into the misconception on the web that this should automatically rid your machine of any malware. Methinks this isn't necessarily the case, and so still I'd seek to duly and properly clean it up first, then format and reinstall.
Come to think of it, I think (am pretty sure) Windows doesn't allow to format or wipe the drive that it's on. Hmm. (This also leaves the door wide open for any malware to persist, incidentally and of course.) I've used BCWipe by Jetico to wipe machines, however I think that was a pirated copy, you could see if you can find something similar as freeware. What's neat about it is it comes with a small stand-alone program file that can be copied to floppy disk (or of course to CD or DVD), so it can now address your machine overriding the OS (operating system).* You can then format or wipe at will.
* Not all computers are set to run from CD. If not, this needs to be adjusted in your BIOS. There'll usually be some key, or key combination, to enter this in your initial startup screen, before the OS loads.
