I am on Server 6 and I am attempting to open a trouble ticket for a bug I have found with the Luck Charms (Used to improve clothing synthesis chances) purchased via the shop. By doing so, I found out that I can not submit the ticket at all at this time. In a previous string on this forum the administrators indicated that the server and account name should auto populate. It is not at this time and now I am looking for suggestions.
