I emailed the dev back on April 20th. Heard nothing back. Emailed him again now.

The building rush one is in limbo... mostly because the developer is still dealing with the loss of his home in Crimea.

Dang, sucks if that really happened to the developer, but can't moderators just activate the quests for us?

I don't really know why not. I asked about that years ago, and bring it up from time to time, but no one ever answers that request. I'm really not sure why this site, with so many bugged quests, doesn't just do manual rewarding like other sites do.

We do do some manual awarding. This quest, however, seems to be more widespread. We will likely deactivate it in the near future, as the developer is unable to fix the issue.
