2.) Let me quote a part from the forum-rules

3.) AG only host this games, they are not responsable for game-issues or stuff likev that and they cannot help you.
Adress this problem to the game-devs/studio, do this on their own website.

Don't worry there is alot of better torso's for you to get. Just keep buying boxes.

For mean time, get cheap torso do earlier levels on the campaign for gold.
