Unless I'm mistaken, I don't think that's a restaurant...
I don't think my favorite is a chain, but I went there once. It was some sort of Asian buffet place and they had really weird, tasty food, and ridiculously delicious results. Or, some other restaurant that was Wild-West themed that had lots of pulled pork and the cream pies were huge. Maybe Jason's Deli. I don't know, I don't get to go out to eat often...
Due to the ambiguity of the question, there are a couple different ways I could answer.
For countries that actually have a chance at winning the World Cup, I'm fine with any country outside of western Europe and South America winning. Sorry western Europe and South America, but I'm bored with you two regions winning every World Cup that's ever happened. That's not an exaggeration; every World Cup that's ever been won has been won by a team from western Europe or South America.
For countries that have never done well in the World Cup and thus you probably didn't even know have a team, I'd pick a country such as Vanuatu or Kiribati, who have almost no chance at ever winning the World Cup, and therefore it would be much more interesting to see them win.
For countries that aren't even countries, I would pick potato.
