The original "This Thread is Currently About" is back! Yes, it's Count to 100!

HOW TO PLAY

1. Count by ones from 1 to 100 in 100 consecutive posts according to the Core Rules.
2. Restart the count from 1 after:
a. a Moderator (or an Administrator) makes a stopping post (post without counting) if users and Knights are counting..
b. a user or Knight or Warden makes a stopping post (post without counting) if Moderators and Administrators are counting.
c. breaking a core rule, spamming, or cheating.
d. reaching 100.
3. Announce why you restart the count so other counters don't get confused.
NOTE: For the time being, Moderators are allowed to help Users count, so as long as the other rules are observed you do not need to restart the count if you see a mod count. However, if a Moderator makes a stopping post, i.e. a post without counting (not the same as a non-count post since they're technically different teams), it is considered an interruption and the count will restart.

CORE RULES

No mistakes. A count must start from 1 and increase by ones up to 100, save for exceptions noted.
No double-counting. No counter may count two consecutive numbers.
No back-to-back counting. No two counters may alternate for more than three consecutive numbers.
Okay: P1 P2 P1 P3
Not Okay: P1 P2 P1 P2
Okay: P1 P2 reset P1 P2
No editing. No counter may edit their post. If an edit tag shows on a count, the attempt is forfeit.

ADDiTiONAL RULES

No "spamming". Please don't post only the number and please don't post gibberish, either.
Multiple one- or two-word counts may also disqualify a count.
No "cheating". This shouldn't need to be said. Counting to 100 doesn't count if you cheat.
This is an exercise in teamwork, not rule bending.
No "spoiling". Don't mess with the count. Posts should start with the correct number.
Posts with no numbers should be ignored. See also: No non-counts.
Posts with intentional mistakes should be ignored.
No "spilping". If this is your first post in this thread, please post "I'm new and here to count to 100!"
No non-counts. No counter may post without a counting number or make a post without bolding that number if that counting number is not at the start of the post.

COMPLETE SET OF RULES
Please refer to the complete set of rules for additional information and examples of what is valid or invalid.
DiSCUSSiON THREAD
Please also check out the discussion thread for new gameplay or rule proposals or general discussion on the gameplay and rules of "Count to 100".

END GAME

Once you reach 100, you start this Sisyphean task all over again back at 1. Users should notify the Commissioner of the Count (HahiHa) that the count reached 100 and the Commissioner will review it to make sure there were no mistakes or cheating. If there were no mistakes or cheating, then the users who took part in the successful count to 100 will get a shiny new Quest!

(4) I would send you some Hungarian Pengős, but I can't say the word &quotengő", so I can't buy the currency... I speak bad Hungarian

I'll buy Bitcoins instead, I can say their name at least... I speak English, it might be slightly bad English, but I do speak

6. Bitcoins oh man some lucky people got millions on them. And some still make money by only buying and selling them, it's like super easy Wallstreet. I don't understand the phenomenon of cryptocurrency. That money doesn't have any real-life equivalent. Now look at the currency over 8 years: First currency: 1$ = 1309 BTC and now... 1 BTC =~ 7200$ World goes insane.

Thanks! YAY!

Well, Bitcoins seem to be a nice way of getting rich, but to be honest, I'd rather not use them... working and earning money seems to be nicer

Useful Fact of the Day: if someday, a random guy offers you a loan of 1i Dollar, where "i" is the imaginary number (square root of -1), with a 473i% interest rate, and then, you'll pay the loan in 2 months, DO accept it!

I mean, in the beginning, you'll owe the guy 1i Dollar

then, after 1 month, 1i$ * (1+473i/100) = 1i$ -4.73$;

then, after the 2nd month, (1i$-4.73$) * (1+473i/100) = -9.46$-21.3729i$

therefore, you'll owe the guy -(9.46$ + 21.3729i$), but, that - would mean that technically, HE owes you that money, so, you would take a loan of 1i Dollar, and then, after 2 month, you'd recieve 9.46 actual Dollars + 21.3729 imaginary Dollars!
Never forget this!

10. I just learned about complex numbers, so that's really cool @armorplayergc
Although doesn't seem that useful so I might forget it. W
On a completely different note, welcome to the count @mad14442 !
Bitcoins, I feel, is now less of a currency and more of an investment, like stocks in a company. It never really became mainstream for normal purchases and now it's too expensive for that to happen. I mean, can you imagine paying 1/512 of a Bitcoin at the supermarket?

12. Let's be honest, how are imaginary dollars going to serve you? They're imaginary.

As for Croat-Serb relations, I can only speak for Croatia here, but I believe most of the elders have a prejudice towards Serbs, as they have been through the war of independence. Whether they fought in it or lived through it. My mother is a prime example. She thought that Serbs were Jealous and were starting fires in Croatia, it was later learnt that some crazy woman was setting up forest fires because some people didn't let her build a house somewhere in the woods (that's what I understood and what I remember). Young adults who haven't lived during the war that I know don't really have much of a prejudice. I guess it's sort of neutral, maybe even slightly positive. Post-2000 is like that too. Well, at least, till Thompson comes to a nearby town and they start screaming filthy četnik at everyone who does something three times.

13. @Yellowcat I've read in an article that over 100K merchants accept bitcoin purchases worldwide. About high value of a BTC - of course it has smaller units, currently the smallest is satoshi which is 0.00000001 BTC. The main problem with this currency is that there's a probability that a phenomenon called "speculative bubble" might happen and people can't predict when it's going to happen. The currency is freaking out now, but the tendency is growing. Also on the bright side BTC is very well designed, people not only make money when the currency is higher but also on random emissions of BTC to users - the so-called mining, which is also fair, because the probability is calculated basing on the share in transactions.

16. The sun sets so early! It makes it seem as if the days are much shorter than they really are. I mean the "24 hours" kind of day, of course.

17. @PLGuy 100K might seem like a lot, but out of however many millions of merchants there are in the world, it's not. I personally have never seen a shop that accepts Bitcoins. Also, Daylight Savings Time happened.
