Now with better explanations!

Key-

g = a gem copy of the gem you dupe 64 times.

A, B, C, etc - Just different lines, to be less confusing, these are their code names.

-THE METHOD-

For the main gem, use Psorek's 32-spec formula found in the End Game Guide in "Game Walkthroughs."

Then,

Duplicate it 20 Times

Combine the 20 duplicates like so - Each G represents a duplicate.

A = (g+g) + (g+g) + (g+g) + (g+g)
B = (g+g) + (g+g) + ((g+g) + (((((g+g) +g) +g) +g) +g))
C = A + B

Now, Create 35 duplicates, with the 36th one being the original gem -

Combine them like so.

D = (g+g) + (g+g) + ((g+g) + (((((g+g) +g) +g) +g) +g))
E = ((g+g) + (((((g+g) +g) +g) +g) +g))

Then, duplicate the gem result from Code Line E. This is worth 8 of the duplicates. (First part = 20, second = 36, this = 8, total = 64)

F = ((((E + (g+g)) + (g+g)) + ((g+g) +g)) + (((g+g) +g) +g)) + ((((g+g) +g) +g) +g)

G = E + F
H = D + G
I = C + H

I = Final Gem 64x cost higher, 5 grades higher.

For a Orange Black Red with 17/14/1 ratio, it increases manaleech by approximately 10.5x per usage.

For a Dual OB gem 18/14 ratio, it increases leech by ~12.95x per usage.

For the Amplifiers, to keep the pure Orange gems one grade lower, first perform a 16-combine(found also on EndGame Guide), and then perform the 64 combine until your amplifier gem is one grade lower than the trap gem.

Pure O increases approximately 7.8x per usage.

The difference between the 64 and 16 combines starts small, but by the grade 80s it's about 3x better. Even at G50 it's approximately 1.8x better.

I hope this is more informative and helpful.
