Assuming it only happens on sites that run on Flash, I think it might be a problem with your Flash Plugin's hardware acceleration. :XThis might help. What should be of concern is if your screen flickers for all sites/programs. Then it might be a driver issue.
@Cobraxer That's great advice from @nichodemus. Also try using another browser altogether, like if you use Internet Explorer, try Chrome or FireFox.
