Still having a problem with the Perky achievement. I have both an online save and a local save that have perks equipped in all three slots and it still does not register.

Last posted here: http://armorgames.com/community/thread/12346092/bug-raze-3/page/1 In August, no change since.

yes, I got it some days ago trying over and over again :P
like you said, the 4 credits short was more common than I thought, I had the same result several times
I guess this quest involves a lot of luck and skill too
