Ok, I'm stuck at the game at 85%

I have the Old, Grayed, Working, Central, Industrial and North Quarter fully unlocked (100%), found all masters, beat the South Quarter Mission (150 kills) and still, the Upper Quarter is locked.

Any ideas how I can get there? Thanks.

If I'm not mistaken, you need to do a tower attack from one of the surrounding areas to decrease the number of enemies. The new quarter should unlock after that
