Around 3 months ago, I brought the in-game purchase in GemCraft and play for awhile (up to around level 2,000). The purchase is successful and the game function is open after the purchase, not to mention my credit card did had the transaction.

However, I log in yesterday, everything is GONE. All my ONLINE save, the game function, in game purchase, EVERYTHING.

I did try to ask help BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING.

oh.... I am not the only person who experience this trouble. I just login today and found that i am login to armor games but not able to login to gemcraft .

So , my online save game slot of course are all empty.

Problem solved.

Someone use my computer and log in with a very similar user name that I cant notice. Thank you for the prompt response.

I am having the same problem. Please fix. I didn't like the idea of paying for a game I couldn't download, now my suspicions are confirmed.
