Why doesn't IE with all the updates not work with AG? No log in available. Black box where the game should appear. What happened?

I have windows 8.1, IE 11, no ad blocker, google or youtube, no K9, my firewall is the same, my cache is clear, Ag is on my allowed sites list on my security settings. The site stop working three days ago thought it was being updated or debugged. Also I have no login section. What's going on? How does this get fixed?

Sooo umm yeah. Admins @ work have windows auto updates turned off but I was able to check online to see what updates I am missing and there are quite a few security updates that I am missing as well is a few ie updates and a Silverlight one. Would it be possible to know what updates are essential? I don't like pissing admins off lol.

@meatmofo I don't know how to answer that.

@Pyroblast3000 We've only seen a couple of reports of this, and eventually it seems to clear up. Does this happen only on IE? Can you test Chrome/FireFox? It would help us solve this mystery... as we can't duplicate this issue.
