@Sir_DEC: You won't need to finish the game again, just up to the part where you get all of the colors, as I would very much like to find a solution for this.

Come on, I've reset cleared 14 levels completely - got all weapon colors.
No quest
Is there anybody who can give it to me?
I've defeated Game master on my first run and got all colors too.

There're only two choices, quest should be removed completely or fixed.

The Motley quest =
Collect all chests on level 10-14
You will receive the ability to change each of your adventurers colours

btw the green Double your attack heroes is pretty op
