Could be a lil glitch, refreshing the page sometimes help.
You could also try another browser and see if that change anything.
But it could also be part of the greater issues with this game, take a look in this thread.
If nothing helps please post in the thread i linked, better have all the problems in one thread than spreading them over several thrads.
