Salvidian's Armor Games account has been defunct. I have spoken with Salvidian and he said himself he did not delete his account. Was he permanently banned or was his account hacked and deleted?
If he was permabanned, he should know he was permabanned. If he didn't delete his own account, then it was likely compromised.That said, the forums aren't the place to discuss this. If Salvidian wants access to his account again, he needs to email an admin.
