You only need the url if the img (in this case it was the thingy in the middle, http://www.nodiatis.com/pub/26.jpg, then use this BBcode:

(img)url of the pic goes here(/img) instead of ( ) use [ ], also important: dont use capital letters for img, thats all

You dont need the whole center-thingys here, all you need is img, to post a pic here in the forums:

(img)url goes here(/img)

Use [ and ] instead of ( and )
Never use capital letters for img.

Fixed for @alexase3 For this one you have to remove the URL, and make them [img] not [IMG] tags.
