Perky quest has not activated for me. Some helpful folks in the quest chat thread gave some ideas, but after trying all of them, the quest still has not activated. I've bought all the perks available (including the "none" one) equipped all different ones and even played with none, nothing will activate the Quest. Many thanks for your help.
