and by very special I mean very very very very very very special. They award the privilege only to admins and I think mods (and maybe developers). I do not believe that knights have access to custom armatars.

I think he means Rare Armatars too , since those are gained in a certain time

Essentially, to get the Armatar you want, wait for an appropriate armartar contest and draw it yourself.

I think you have to earn atleast 3 quests to use custom avatar...
