Whoever said that forgot to specify that only player files are limited to executables, because I was able to open the first two NPC files, and CIIC is not a user that has posted in this thread.

There's a StormWalker.txt, but that may eventually be upgraded to a StormWalker.gif .

A gif is a higher rank than a txt.
