My saved Gemcraft Chasing Shadows game is gone. There is a server thread but it's locked, saying the issue is resolved. It's not resolved for me. I've signed in and out, cleared cache, tried different browsers, but it just shows no saved games. Hate to think I put all this time and money into this game and it's just gone.
Your issue could be related to current server issues that have been explained in an official announcement. Please check this thread...
