Whenever I try to tweet, it shows this message: This request looks like it might be automated. To protect our users from spam and other malicious activity, we can't complete this action right now. Please try again later. This has been happening for the past 2 months and I haven't made a single tweet because of this. Also, when I try to follow someone it says that I can't follow any more people, even though I have only followed only 10. What should I do?
