I experienced and annoying glitch in Sierra, annoying because I was going for 100% accuracy in a challenge and only had a few targets left.
After unlocking the sniping level in Sierra, do the sniper training, and press the reload button. This transported me directly into the mission, and when I alerted the enemy by shooting a random target it transported me to the tutorial level.
