@kyiwest76 It happened to me to. Out of 6 browsers I've installed quests unlock only on Chrome. I have no idea what's the reason and I don't have an occasion to check if it was somehow fixed, but I'll just advice you to use Chrome as well. According to many users that's the least problematic browser for AG quests.
