Well this thread is branched off of the Mudkip drawing thread. This will be the same accept for a new rule.

RULES
All pictures must be made using MS art.

The pictures must be appropriate (I will accept constipated Pikachus )

The pictures must of course be of the pokemon stated.

There will be a designed date for all entries. No prizes unless a md wants to. The real prize is knowing that you own at drawing pokemon!

Well, I will go first,
EVERYONE, draw a Pikachu! The start date is now, and the end date is July 10th.

The first contest will be judged by me, and I will chosee the winner. The winner then chooses a new pokemon, and he/she is now the judge. If the winner declines, the judging and assigning duties will go to the runner-up chosen by the prior judge.

So now! Go draw some Pikachus!

Struggle?
Speaking of struggle... I don't know if I've told any of you this before, but about a month ago I was playing Pokemon Leafgreen. I was at Victory road and I had a flareon and a BUNCH of other Pokemon. Then one trainer in Victory Road had a Chansey. I thought it was going to be easy, it was not. Flamethrower and Shadowball was my best moves (I forgot to teach it Iron Tail, which I did after the fight).
I had forgotten that Chansey had more Special defense than Defense, so I used Flamethrower. I couldn't use Shadow ball because it's Ghost-Type. Chansey used Safeguard so it couldn't get burned, then maxed out it's evasion with minimize, and used Softboiled whenever I hit it... After that, it spammed Egg-Bomb. While that was happening, my Flareon was getting weaker and weaker. I didn't want to use any other Pokemon because my Flareon needed EXP. This fight took like 2 hours or something...
I used ethers and Potions on my Flareon. Then, Chansey suddenly began using struggle. Struggle is a pretty weak ???-type move, and it also hits the user (recoil damage). Therefore, Chansey fainted after a few turns. I took a photo of it using Struggle with my Cellphone, but I don't know how to get that picture into the computer, and then here. Sorry.

Anyone else got stories?

What level was your flaeron and the chansey?

Don't remember, but I know Flareon was around level 50, and Chansey a little lower level.

Champs Exhibit - Zega

Quite a good entry this round Zega, and you weren't even in the runnning. This would have placed high if you were though. I nice idea, and it is funny the way that the Z's turn into Zega.

First Place - Cenere

Well Done on your entry Cen! It is really good and looks really effective. The use of blurryness adds nicely to the motion feel, and the light looks good also.

Slightly unsure where the rocks are coming from, but thats fine.

Second Place - Zophia

A nice basic drawing which looks very effective. The sand or dust surrounding it looks good also.

The sketch could be refined, but overall its fine.

Third Place - GuitarHere

A good entry, slightly sketchy, but the idea is there. The Larvitar looks very grumpy and is probably about to hurt someone.

There is an extra line on its foot.

The Beatles Award - Pixie

This reminds me of a beetles cover...or something. Your Larvitar's also look slightly obese, but a ncie idea. The different colours look nice together...(I'm colourblind!)

Interesting use of gradient, maybe adding a floor would make it lok better. Also, try and make the border lines consistent, as it looks slightly strange...although this may have been shadow...

The tail looks like a hand.

The Umm...OK...Award - Marton

Is that meant to be a larvitar? It kinda looks like a rose...Interesting.

Soul Again? The Waiit..this style looks familiar Award

I don't know which of Soul's are the offical entry and haven't the time to check, so I'll judge this one too.

A good entry, the grass is effective...slightly fat Larvitar....interesting eyes. The blurryness of the grass is strange.

The Registered Trademark Award - Parrot657

A good entry, close to third place. It looks sliiiggghtly like a caterpillar, but overall good. The cookie-ness is nice, I think the larvitar should just be thankful anyway.
