Well this thread is branched off of the Mudkip drawing thread. This will be the same accept for a new rule.
RULES All pictures must be made using MS art.
The pictures must be appropriate (I will accept constipated Pikachus )
The pictures must of course be of the pokemon stated.
There will be a designed date for all entries. No prizes unless a md wants to. The real prize is knowing that you own at drawing pokemon!
Well, I will go first, EVERYONE, draw a Pikachu! The start date is now, and the end date is July 10th.
The first contest will be judged by me, and I will chosee the winner. The winner then chooses a new pokemon, and he/she is now the judge. If the winner declines, the judging and assigning duties will go to the runner-up chosen by the prior judge.
you do not get a merit for winning if i am correct plus any art program is allowed.... MS paint,Paint.net,Gimp...etc....
I found this in the old pages This was said on the beginning of the thread, when there were only ms paint entries allowed. now that is changed, and I want to know why there's no entry :P.
Because what we draw is fanart. It is a contest of fanart. You have to draw the pokemon of the theme, and whatever you do otherwise it is fanart of the same thing.
It never had. The only price has been to choose the next pokemon to draw. As far as I know, at least. Also, this is just for the fun.
Anyway, you could just ask a mod or Carlie if it can have a merit. If it gets granted, on the other hand, I might stop participating, because it then will be more of a contest than fun. I wonder what is wrong with a contest not having a merit > >

Seeing as people are already competitive....if you really want a merit that bad, go play a game and write a paragraph of why you liked it...much quicker.

as many times as i've done that, no ones noticed them.
It was weird at first, but I'm getting the hang of everything...just need to figure out that darn Ink tool, so much outlining potential, but so annoying to use =(.
