Missunderstandings... let me try to clear them up:
about custom armatar and the answer are only Moderator, Admin and Knight which has rights to change the Armatar.
Every user can change their armatars, but they must use the standard ones.
As a special gift we also have special armatar-sets for AFG+ and Knights, but they also cant use custom armatars.
Mods have their own armatar-set too, if we have something rly special (which is appropriate) we can ask... but this is still no guarantee and its a very, very rare gift.
Admins can add armatars (yes, nobody else can do this, only Admins!), they can choose everything (not to mention that they would only use appropriate things).
Users who have lost (and only if AG cause it (glitches or else)) a seasonal armatar can ask an Admin and there is a good chance they allow him to get this armatar back.
For regular user (including me) you can ask moderator and admin about the armatar changing, with your own luck. So good luck.

We dont allow custom armatars and there is no chance an admin will add them, dont ask anyone, its absolutely pointless.
The only way to get your own armatar is this: participate in our armatar contests.
Not to mention the entrys must be appropriate (fit into the season, etc). If they are picked they can be choosen for a limited time (all can choose them, not only you). You hold this armatar until you change it.
Not to mention we dont have ranks that can be added to armatars.
