I'm so happy that Mystic Guardians has over 100 Million plays! It's been a while since I've played it, and I'm just happy it has a lot of plays.

All you really showed was the ability to edit the play count using Inspect Element or your browser's equivalent. The game you're referring to actually has about 908,000 plays, as shown in the following screenshot which shows the 20 highest rated MMOs with their actual play counts:
