RATM is awesome! I don't really like Black Sabbath that much at all, except paranoid and iron man

that's a tough one. If you mean since the band was first formed, i would have to say RATM, but if you mean when Dio was the singer of black sabbath, i would say black sabbath.

Black Sabbath.They are one of the greatest heavy metal bands ever and are the founders of that genre.

black sabbath is good but RATM has better songs they own if they got back together it would be amazing
