You're banned because the following Rules of Armor Games FAQ explains a ninja:

Ninja'd is when someone replies to a post, but another user posts before them, screwing up the order and making things a bit confusing. You post again saying "Sorry, ninja'd" so people understand the mistake. It usually happens in "Unfortunately/Fortunately" in the Forum Games.
