You're banned because you had stated you lived in two different places, so it was assumed that you lived in two different houses, but instead you actually live in two apartments, so you banned me stating the matter because the assumption that you lived in two houses was not entirely correct, while I banned you simply for living in the two apartments that you live in. So no, not completely the same as your ban.
