1. For not capitalizing the "y" in you're. It's at the beginning of a sentence, so it should be capitalized.
2. For not having an apostrophe between "you" and "re." Because it's contraction.
3. For not having a period at the end of your sentence. Sentences should have punctuation at the end.
4. For using the word "tard." Must I say anything else?
