My friend cannot register a new account, he fills in the human test, clicks the accept TOS, and clicks "Submit", NOTHING HAPPENS

He has tried this is in firefox, chrome, and IE, with javascript unblocked.

What's worse, he doesn't know how to send in a support ticket because he doesn't have an account.

Ended up just fixing the html myself to submit the registration..

The css or input type isn't correct on the page. Seeing as you could not actually "click" submit, I added my own submit button to the web page:

Highlighted what I added, dirty, but at least the web page has it's basic functionality back...
