The Hunger Games is held in Panem, which is divided into thirteen districts and a Capitol, where a fifty years ago, a large uprising was held against the cruel and corrupt Capitol. The Capitol crushed the Rebellion, and in retaliation, decimated and destroyed District 13. Another punishment is each year, each district will have to send in a male and a female 'tribute' to the Hunger Games, between the ages of 12-18 of a random draw, to a fight to death on National Television, in an Arena created by the Gamemakers, citizens of the Capitol. The Arena is different each year.

The Gamemakers also design Muttations to take place in the Games, to spice things up. They are nicknamed 'Mutts' and are usually horrific creatures to participate in the Games as well.

Usually, the Victor's are from District 1, 2, and 4, the nicknamed 'Career' District, where children train for the Games at a young age. They volunteer for the Games each year. Each District has there own industry, and are as follows:

District 1: Luxury

District 2: Masonry

District 3: Electronics

District 4: Fishinf

District 5: Power

District 6: Transportation

District 7: Lumber

District 8: Textiles

District 9: Grain

District 10: Livestock

District 11: Agriculture

District 12: Coal

District 13: Nuclear Energy (now decimated)

The only decent district to live in are District 1, 2, and 4, the rest are extremely poor, though especially District 11 and 12.

There is much preparation (though i will probably skip over a lot of this) for the Hunger Games. First, the 'Reaping.' This is where the entire district is on edge, or for 1, 2, and 4 a day of celebration. A child is chosen between the ages of 12-18 randomly, though age 12 is less likely to be picked and 18-year-olds are more likely to be chosen.

Once chosen, the tributes are transported to the Capitol, where they train for about a week. They must express there abilities to the Gamemakers, and they will give them a Training Score from 1-10, 1 being total asswipe and 10 being proffesional.

From there, Tributes will receive an Interview, and will be a chance to show the crowd there personality. They will be asked questions for a minute, enough to fit in about 3 questions.

After that, they are sent into the Arena, where the weapons are usually swords, bows, axes, maces, and the occasional blow-gun or something. The Arena is all about survival. Surviving for about a week or two, eating is important, as is water. Just as many tributes die from dehydration and starvation as from fellow tributes and muttations.

During the Hunger Games, many different events take place.

The Bloodbath is at the very beginning, when all 24 tributes rise into the Arena, stands into a circle, supplies spread in front. The most deaths is on the first day.

The second is the Feast. There is usually one per Games. It is when the Gamemakers put severely needed supplies in the Arena, drawing the Tributes to it. Death surely ensues.

Lastly, is the Finale. The Finale is the climatic moment and determines the victor.

Only the victor survives. The other 23 are killed (if this isn't clear enough).

One more factor is 'sponsors'. Sponsors throw in gifts to the tributes they bet on, so they help the Tributes.

All of this is unnessecary, though, this is the New Char Sheet:

Name:

District:

Gender:

Appearance:

Background:

Training Score:
