So I don't know what happened but while I was private chatting with Philip the whole chat bar below just disappeared. It's not there anymore.

Apparently Philip is also having problems as well, it also works occasionally but if I switch pages or refresh it does irritating things.

@philimaster Conversations take place every day in the Tavern Chat, but not all day. It depends on when you visit the chat.
