Our story begins in the foul lair of a mad sorcerer. Deep within the bowls of a cavern a cell made of rusty iron bars a lone figure rests lumped upon a pile of rags. She waits for the only other being in this place to deliver her ration of slop, a small goblin called Briggs. The master is gone and has been for sometime and the food has gradually become worse now to little more than watery bone broth with a piece of moldy bread.

The chest hinges open and a magic spark flashes, as the object no longer functional

You find a single silver ring in the chest

Whoo hoo, a girl has to have her jewelry.. Topanga snatches the ring up like no tomorrow and immediately puts it on. Despite her inability to identify the ring, she still enjoys the comfort of wearing it.

Out the exit door to see what awaits.

It takes you about 3 minutes walking past the kitchen and mewling dog on the ground next the the Dead Briggs to exit the area the sorcerer has been using as his keep, the last door is a lowered drawbridge that crosses a narrow chasm in the underground mines. You smell and feel a warm breeze flowing down into the cold shaft you are in as well as a glimmer of light that makes it way down from up to the right. Across from you you see a few other tunnel entrances that only look dark and one that has been collapsed that lay blocked by a pile of rubble.

Which way do you go?

Topanga enters the closest dark entrance, and uses.

You can see about 60 feet of mined out tunnel, theres nothing interesting in that distance as far as you can tell.

After about 5 minutes of walking down the tunnel you get to a split one left, one right

Topanga feels a slight chill creeping down her spine. Activate Rage! Then continue down the hall.
