MOBA basically means MULTIPLAYER ONLINE BATTLE ARENA, it means you have to contact with others online player available and with the strong server, I have zero knowledge about making games but that sound like a big project to me (creating a strong-non-lagging server and have a strong reputation for other players to play in, also a attempting environment in and out of the game)... Maybe armorgames are working on this, but we won't we see (or play) it on this website....
