Sorry for having missed your first post. I'm not noticing this is the case for my account. So I I have a few general troubleshooting questions to ask before I forward this on to our folks to make them aware this may be an issue.

- What OS/Browser are you using?
- Any pop-up or ad blocking software being used?
- Does this still happen when you try incognito/private window tabs?
- How about when you try a different browser?

Also anyone else noticing the same thing with your accounts?

- I used to use IE and am using now Firefox.
- It happens both not using and using it/ not having any and having some
- Yes, it seems not to influence the issue or at least I did not see a difference
- It remains the same

To go a bit more into detail, I notice the issue with my online status when I view my profile and then log off ( the tab opened with my profile).
The one of the following cases occur:

Event 1: Online status was green/online and remains as such
Event 2: Online status was green/online and becomes red/offline ( supposed to)
Event 3: Online status was red while logged in and becomes green/online after logging out.

Event 1 happens often and Event 3 on a regular basis.
I think I also saw a red-red combination, but if so, very rarely.

I do not see it a critical issue, but I was wondering what could cause this.
I can also try to take some screenshots if that could help.

Thanks for the follow up info! It doesn't look like any of the troubleshooting steps that I can offer would not be much help with this one.

I'll make sure I get this over to someone that can better look into what may be going on with this tomorrow. Most everyone is already out of the office for the day.

I saw a Online-Online combo, too, in the mean-time. I logged out and it showed me as still online. The majority is Offline-Online though, described as Event 3 previously.
