I guess it's only natural we see more...deaths or retirements. Many of the "greats" had their career highs or made their careers about 30-40 years ago, and that naturally aligns with general human lifespans.
Yes but some of the oldest and most controversial musicians still live...Paul McCartney still lives and he is almost 80 and retired and has done some weird...things. He is even considered a scumbag by some people
And yet, Prince died, 57 years old, with 30 albums and still performing live... He wasn't really that old now, was he?
