It's a bit weird seeing someone with both 0 stars and quests completed between the mods in the right column.

Though the name stands out anyway

I would guess that she is a new member of staff at AG Earth HQ (as opposed to the mighty castle in the great realm of Armoria). That or a rather good hacker... Probably the former rather than the latter.
