If you don't wanna play these games, complete them all, or just find too hard for 100% completing, you can simply click on "Quests" and choose "Latest Quests" or "Games With Quests".
What you find easy might be a nightmare for others @xTheLonePixelx ...aside from Give Up 2, which is quite possibly one of the hardest games we have on the site, you may want to look at some of BalkanRenegades' suggestions. I recommend 'Raiders took my dog' if you want an easy Upgrading defense shooter.
Most upgrade based games are pretty easy and there are lots of those with quests.
I would steer clear of most tower defense games since levels are usually pretty long and dying can set you back a ways. This might also be pretty obvious, but RPGs and MMOs can take ages to finish.
