I'm looking for a game I played in the last couple of months. It has pretty basic graphics, you can use different powers and waypoints to control your group or colony. You also can level land in order to expand and move in to take over other houses run by AI. Player team is always blue, but the AI teams are red, green or yellow most of the time. There is also a skirmish mode that randomizes which powers you can have.
I remember that one of the powers you can have is a 'Tidal Wave' which coats the entire space with water, drowning some of the little villagers of the colonies while the highest points of land are safe.
Any ideas?
