Well..You cannot reset the game [Unless you contact the developer about it and he/she agrees]
But you can create new accounts if you screwed up or your morale is dangerously low.
Just remember that your people cannot permanently die. [As saying incapacitated.] They might get serious injuries but they cannot die. For me, I suggest you carry on and make some improvements.
