Hello folks! This is just to say that due to some all-hands-on-deck crunch work done behind the scenes, players who submit tickets for help may find a slight delay in getting a response. We don't anticipate this lasting very long, and we appreciate your understanding while we toil away behind the curtains!
The delay should be less, but there is still some delay folks may expect Just wanted to also take this chance to mention that the team will be out of the office on the 5th of September so there may still be a delay in getting a response for weekend contacts.
You can help us out to limit some of the delays by making sure to share details in your contacts vs. some of the communications we've received in gibberish (e.g. "skdjhsakdjh" ) This way we can better understand what the nature of the contact is in regards to.
