I have some sad news to share about Panzer General Online.
Yesterday we've received notification from the developers (Ubisoft) that they will be shutting down Panzer General Online effective October 31st. If you currently have an account registered you can continue to play the game normally through October 31st. New accounts cannot be created, however.
