I've noticed 1 or 2 messages commenting on mouse lag. I responded to one myself.
It's horrible for me as I'm trying to enjoy "click" games like Realm Grinder and Clicker Heroes. However, it seems like any mouse interaction (dragging and dropping in a tower defense game, for example) is running a ridiculous lag. I've tried different PCs, different internet connections, and different browsers in each. To no avail. What's up guys?
I don't know about the other games, but in the case of Realm Grinder I made the experience that the game itself becomes very laggy over time and begins to slow down the whole browser. I keep the power plugged in (playing on a laptop) to assure it runs smoothly, and often when I played for a while and I close the tab, the browser gets almost stuck and needs several seconds to recover.
I noticed the game employs a lot of web beacons, and I suspect that this is what requires so much power. If you are playing a second game with Realm Grinder open in another tab, then it's most likely the latter one causing the lag.
Thanks for the reply. Yeah I know the lag possibilities behind Realm Grinder can be a pain. I've reloaded a few times while playing in an absolutely pristine environment. (No tabs, no side play, etc.) but this was a different kind of weird.
It happened all of a sudden (yesterday about 5pm east) it happened while I was in the ame, then on further examination it seemed to happen on ALL the games I play out here. Obviously (at the time) I thought it was my issue. Then when I saw the other guys seeing lag is when I checked other machines, other internet connections and other websites. Seems this is pretty exclusive to my Armor games. I'll see if it lasts. (Although I don't know what I'll do without some online grinding. LOL)
I hear there's something called "Sun" outside my home. Maybe I'll give it a try.
Maybe a tips if the game have a online save, I remember @MrDayCee said that playing on private navigation mode can help when games are laggy Maybe you should try it !
