Several users in the comment section and in other parts of the forum have noticed that there are problems with the game Cultures Online (tagging @1AFINA1 who wrote about it in the newcomer section). This is what happens:

It is apparently not the first time this issue occurs; a comment from two years ago noted the same error code.

Another problem I noticed is that the Help/Support link (http://www.funatics.de/en/cultures-online-support/) does not appear to work, at least not for me (using Firefox browser; refreshing does not work, and I never went there before so it can't be a cache issue).

When I go to their forum, this is the most recent official announcement about the issue I could find (posted Jan 30).

@1AFINA1,

It looks like there was another user that also contacted the support team about this. I'll share the same information as I told them. I've notified our team to ask for some help to look into this as this is an MMO and we have very little that we can do to resolve problems with MMO servers.

Have you already attempted to contact their support staff by making a post on the developer's forums? You may be able to get a response from their support staff this way.
