I just tested the game and it loaded up just fine for me.
Can you share some more information about what needs to be fixed? A screen capture or error message would be a great start. In addition what OS and browser are you using is something we'll likely need to know as well.
Thank you for the additional reports. This is an odd one. On my end, I'm able to have the game and play as normal when I just tried now. This means that I'll need your help to look into this further.
This can be caused by a few different things from, the account having been blocked/banned by the MMO, the game server is going through or was in the process of a patch or updates when you attempted to connect, an internet connection issue, or even a browser caching issue to name the more common causes.

Disable your ad blocking extensions if you are using them as these have been known to cause problems with games and the site in general.
Try loading the game in an incognito or private window tab.
Clear your browser's cache
Sometimes having an older browser can cause some difficulties with some games. Having an out of date browser can lead to security concerns so I highly recommend updating your browser regardless.
