It sounds like you were able to get in the MMO and were having some problems within. The Armor Games team is pretty limited in what assistance we can offer for MMOs once you can log in and are playing them. The good news is that Con and his team over at ConArtist Games have a wonderful support staff that can look into any potential bugs or reported game functionality.
If you haven't already, please consider checking out the developer's bug report forums for any previous reports or submit a new one. It may also help to include the game version, which alliance you are in and maybe a screenshot or two for any error messages (if there are any).
