I have started the quest to find Doctor Bear about seven days ago and I cant seem to find him.The description in the quest said that "he can be found anywhere" but yet i have played a lot of missions but i havent found him.Please help me if you can!
All you have to do is walk around and look for an engineer
Well the thing is that he looks like an engineer and can be found usually in the first part of the same city where the inspector told you to find.
