I purchased the pouch when the game first came out and then beat the game. I came back to play again and started a new game in an online save slot but the game tells me I need to buy the pouch again. The pouch is still in my other two games so what gives?
OK, so today I deleted the game I started yesterday. I then refreshed the page and started a new game in the empty slot and now the magician's pouch is there. I don't really know why it didn't enable it yesterday.
Problem solved.
